PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply improve a bubble-removing efficiency by providing at least one means of a liquid pressure adjusting means, a bypass channel equipped with a flow rate adjusting means, a back pressure adjusting means, a filter, and a flow rate measuring means to a channel for sending a liquid containing a small number of bubbles coming from a bubble remover to an action part or a receiving part. SOLUTION: A liquid is sent to a gas liquid separator 100 with a flow sending pump 2 via a channel 20 from a liquid tank 1. After sending the liquid from which a bubble is separated herein, the liquid containing the bubble is returned to an action part 3 via a channel 22. A liquid pressure adjusting valve 8 as a back pressure adjusting means is provided to the channel 21 herein. Further a bypass channel 24 equipped with a flow rate adjusting means 6 to be connected directly to the channel 21, and a filter 5 are provided to the channel 20. Further, a channel for outflow 26 equipped with a liquid pressure adjusting valve 7 is provided to the channel 21 downstream from the bubble remover 100. A turning flow type bubble remover is kept in the best efficient flow rate and pressure conditions by providing such the auxiliary means.
