STEEL FOR SHADOW MASK AND INNER SHIELD AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A steal plate for shadow mask and inner shield and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve magnetic permeability and thermal expansivity of a shadow mask and an inner shield by coating an N-Fe alloy layer on a multi-crystal cold rolled sheet. CONSTITUTION: A steal plate for shadow mask and inner shield is formed by coating an N-Fe alloy layer of 10-40 weight% on a multi-crystal cold rolled sheet having a set organization of (111)(uwm) . The alloy layer has thickness of 1-3 micrometers. In the method for manufacturing a steal plate for shadow mask and inner shield, a plating material is formed with NiSO4 of 250-450 g/L, FeSO4 of 250-350 g/L, 30-50 g/L, and boron of 20-50 ml, and H2SO4 of 20-50 ml. An electroplating method is used for the plating process.
