PURPOSE: A top plate for an assembly type heating panel is provided to construct in a dry construction method and to retain a heat accumulating function without deformation. CONSTITUTION: A top plate is composed by mixing a thermal energy storage material with a sheet and by stacking a metal sheet at a bottom. A synthetic resin sheet(10) is made by polyvinyl chloride as a base material(11). More than one inorganic thermal energy storage materials(12) such as quartz sand, clay and albite and also plasticizer, stabilizer, filler are added to the base material(11) to be formed in a depth of 5mm employing a method of extrusion-molding. A metal sheet(20) is made of iron, copper and aluminum and depth is to be around 0.3mm. In stacking the metal sheet(20) to the synthetic resin sheet(10), two faces are protruded from the sheet to form a protrusion portion(21) and other two faces are positioned inwardly of the sheet(10) as long as a length of the protrusion portion(21) for defining a short protrusion(22). In mutually assembling the faces, the protrusion portion is fabricated to be supported by the short protrusion(22). Since deformation of the synthetic resin sheet around a setting portion of hot water pipe is avoided, outer appearance becomes appropriate and the synthetic resin sheet(10) is protected from damage during transfer and installation.
