There are ports for passing working fluid in wall of body. Valve head also includes carrier and sealing members between body and carrier. In zone of arrangement of sealing members carrier has less diameter and annular stop. Sealing members are placed between body and said stop one after another without gap providing relation of body inner diameter and less diameter of stop equal to 1,1-1,5.
