<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iron golf club head which gives a sense of security to a user at the time of addressing. SOLUTION: A face surface 2 includes a flat surface ball hitting section 3 which substantially forms a flat surface to hit a ball, and a backward tilted section 4 which is disposed above the flat surface ball hitting section 3, extends upward, and at the same time, tilts to the back face surface B side than the flat surface ball hitting section 3. Then, the length (h) of the backward tilted section on a ball hitting section central line X which is in contact with the flat surface ball hitting section 3 and divides the flat surface ball hitting section 3 in two in the width direction is set at 5-20 mm. By this constitution, the visual field range of the face surface is increased, and the head can be made to look easy to use.</p> |
