PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tightly sealing method and a tightly sealing structure for improving the vacuum degree of a metallic vacuum double container and improving the heat insulation storage property. SOLUTION: A discharge hole 6 for evacuating a space part 4 is projectingly formed at the appropriate position of the frame 5 of an outer container 3, a flow prevention part 7 is annularly formed so as to be projected higher than the discharge hole 6 at the outer periphery of the discharge hole 6 and a guider is installed at the outer periphery of the discharge hole 6 so as to cover it. Then, the brazing filler metal of a ceramic material or the like to be fused at the temperature of 630-750 deg.C is mounted on the guider, air inside the space part 4 is discharged while heating it by a vacuum heating furnace, the brazing filler material of the ceramic material or the like fused and made to flow after the discharge of the air tightly seals a discharge path between the guider and the discharge hole 6 without flowing out to the outside and the guider is fixed to the outer side of the discharge hole 6 in a tightly sealing state. |
