PURPOSE: A method for preparing a catalytic composition for polymerizing an alpha-olefin, a catalytic composition prepared thereby and a polymerizing method of alpha-olefin, particularly propylene and ethylene using the catalytic composition are provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a catalytic composition for polymerizing an alpha-olefin is prepared by pre-polymerizing an alpha-olefin under polymerizing conditions of a catalyst containing a compound of transition metal(i) of groups 4-6 of the periodic table containing at least one substitutive cyclopentadien ligand, an activator(ii) selected from an ionizing agent supported by a supporter(iii) comprising porous particles of polyolefin and an aluminoxane and a diluent having a dynamic viscosity measured at a temperature of 20°C of 3-3,000 centistokes to form 0.1-50 grams of polyolefin per 1 gram of catalyst containing the compounds of (i), (ii) and (iii). The polymerizing of alpha-olefin is performed by pre-polymerizing the alpha-olefin under a hydrocarbonyl diluent at a temperature of 0-60°C to form 10-1,000 grams of polymer per 1 gram of a catalyst solid containing the compounds of (i), (ii) and (iii).
