METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING METAL FROM METAL ORE

PURPOSE: A method and a device for producing a metal from a metal ore are provided to use a plastic waste contained organic and/or inorganic polluted forms as a supplying material of a reduced gas composition. CONSTITUTION: A plastic material is returned to a lance(18) through a returning conduit(10) after inputting inside an air flowing of a hearth in a blast furnace and inputting the air flowing through the lance(18). The returning conduit of plastic material(10) is equipped with a first, a second and a third blocking devices(24)(28)(29). A device to couple a compressed air is additionally offered in the returning conduit or the lance. The first blocking device(24) is closed when a blockage of plastic material is generated in the returning conduit(10) or the lance(18). The second blocking device(28) is closed when air of high temperature is infiltrated into the returning conduit(10) and/or the lance(18) through the inputting lance(18) in an opposite direction of a normal returning direction. The third blocking device(29) is closed when the compressed air is inputted through the lance(18). Thereby the inputting lance is cooled.
