PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and dispense articles one at a time continuously without phypically damaging and scratching them via a compact device. SOLUTION: This article separating and dispensing device, which is for separating and dispensing, one at a time, a plurality of flat articles 1 of a preset thickness arranged one on another with their wide planes in contact and loaded down in the arrangement direction, comprises a first fixed frame 20 having a first hole sized to allow the articles 1 to pass therethrough, a second fixed frame 21 having a second hole sized to allow the articles 1 to pass therethrough and offset from the first hole by a preset angle in the plane, and a movable dispenser frame 22 interposed between the first and second fixed frames 20 and 21 for rotation in the plane and provided with a dispenser hole sized to allow the articles 1 to pass therethrough. The compact structure can separate and dispense the articles 1 one at a time continuously without phypically damaging and scratching them.
