PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assurance of locking by a locking means at an inner side without enlarging a rail body and to simplify the mounting work of the rail body. SOLUTION: A cam 48 rotatably mounted on an outer side runner 18-0 is interlockably connected to a release lever 16, and the operation of an outer side lock plate 24-0 is controlled by the rotation of the cam interlocked with the motion of the release lever in such manner that a condition of the locking- off prior to an inner side lock plate is kept, and the locking-on delayed from the inner side lock plate is available. A detecting rod (detection piece) 58 recognizable from the outside is interlockably connected to the cam 48, and the locking condition of an outer side locking means 12-0 can be recognized on the basis of the projecting amount of the detection rod point part 58b from a point of the outer side runner 18-0.
