PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet cover apparatus which satisfies the rotational function of a toilet cover and cleanliness and design thereof. SOLUTION: When a cover 12 and a seat 14 of toilet are opened or closed, the connection end 12d of the cover 12 and the connection end 14d of the seat 14, both of which are close to a seat and cover supporter 17, are rotationally moved along arcuate loci 12hk, 14hk about a center axis Kj of the cover and seat, respectively. A curved surface 17b located inside the loci 12hk, 14hk is concentric with the arcuate loci of the cover and seat, and hence the ends 12d, 14d do not interfere with each other along the arcuate loci. Moreover, only a small gap is required between the curved surface 17b of the supporter 17 and each of the ends 12d, 14d which rotationally move along the loci 12hk, 14hk respectively.
