PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a continuous paper causing no blocking and to facilitate the setting of the continuous paper to a tractor at the start of operation. SOLUTION: This device is provided with paper feeding devices 2a-2f with tractors 11a-11f, paper supply units 3a-3f for supplying a continuous paper to the paper feeding devices 2a-2f, a pasting device for applying paste to the continuous paper and a control device 24 for controlling the paper feeding devices 2a-2f and the pasting device. First start switches 21a-21f to transfer the continuous paper at fixed amounts from preset base position when the continuous paper is set at tractors 11a-11f at the next stage and second start switches 22a-22f to feed the continuous paper by desired amounts are provided on the paper feeding devices 2a-2f. The control device 24 controls the driving of tractors 11a-11f of the paper feeding devices 2a-2f in accordance with the input from start switches 21a-21f, and 22a-22f.
