PURPOSE: A production method of piled fabric having a continuous stripe and its production device are provided to form the continuous stripe in a surface of the piled fabric with more simple method. CONSTITUTION: A wound piled fabric is supplied during loosening with a uniform tension. The supplied piled fabric is to have moisture by heating with a steam. Neighboring brushes are rotated in directions differed each other in a state contacted rotating brushes arranged in a line onto a surface of the piled fabric crossed by taking a cylindrical roller. Lower sides and upper sides of rotating brushes faced on the same advancing line are rotated in the different direction by partially contacting in the piled fabric put on a horizontal top. Thereby a continuous stripe is formed by gathering a flocked portion of the piled fabric in one place at regular intervals. And the moisture in the piled fabric is removed by smoothing a fabric of the piled fabric.
