MICROBEAD CONTAINING LACTOBACILLUS

PURPOSE: Microbead containing lactobacillus is provided which is stable in the artificial gastric juice and can be degraded and dissolved in artificial intestinal juice very quickly. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of microbead containing lactobacillus comprises the following steps: (a) more than one compound selected from sodium alginate, alginic acid or derivative thereof is solubilized in the water to form 0.01-10 wt.% of aqueous solution; (b) lactobacillus is added into the aqueous solution and stirred; (c) solution containing lactobacillus is added into 0.01-15 M of calcium salt having a valence of two or strontium aqueous solution by using injector or air atomizer to form microbead.
