PURPOSE: A cellular phone control system is provided to be easy to select many function embedded in the cellular phone with no confusion. CONSTITUTION: In a cellular phone control system, in order to select a plurality of functions by operating a number button, a send button, an end button and a menu button, a group level is set by the menu button, and a function level is set in the set group level so as to comprise the functions of the plurality. The group level comprises a service function group, an exchange function group, a management function group, a security function group.
