<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution where a terminal containing the monitoring software is prepared in every segment, a protocol that sends and receives the packets among the segments notifies a server of the information and the server collects and analyzes the information notified from the monitoring software of every segment to collect the information stored in plural segments in a simple constitution and also to attain the remote maintenance in regard to a monitoring system which monitors plural segments connected together via a network and also in regard to a recording medium. SOLUTION: This system includes a monitoring means which is prepared in every segment, i.e., a range where the packets can be sent and received by a protocol and monitors the packets contained in the segments, a terminal agent 2112 having a transmission means which stores the segments in the packets corresponding to the protocol that can send and receive the packets to and from a segment where a server 1 exists after passing through other segments and then sends the segments to the server 1 and the server 1 which receives the packets from the transmission means to accumulate and analyze the information.</p> |
