摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulator device in battery charge by solar cell which is excellent in efficiency and in which the durability rises because it is supplied with power from a solar cell, too, at the loading time and does not perform deep discharge. SOLUTION: For this device, the on-operation setting voltage to start or reopen the power supply from a solar cell and the off-operation set value to break the power supply are set to different voltage values, and the off-operation set voltage is set to a battery full charge value during battery charge or a voltage value close to the full charge. The on-operation set value is set to a voltage value lower than that which drops by a charge current being broken by the off-operation by the off-operation set voltage, when the battery voltage goes up by a charge current and reaches the battery full charge or the voltage value close to the full charge.</p>
