PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pointer meter which curtails the cost by achieving a common application of parts. SOLUTION: In this meter, a meter body 1 has a rotor with a pointer shaft 14, a stator for applying a torque to the rotor and support members 16 and 17 which are kept static against the stator while the output side of the pointer shaft 14 is sticking out of the support member 16 positioned in front thereof and a pointer 3 is linked on the output side of the pointer shaft 14 and is driven to turn by the rotor. Fixed side contact parts 161 and 162 are formed on the support member 16 to regulate the turn range of the pointer 3 in contact with a mobile side contact part 42 of a rotary member 4 when the rotary member 4 rotating together with the pointer shaft 14 is provided on the support member 16. The fixed side contact parts 161 and 162 are so formed to keep themselves from protruding out of the surface of the support member 16.
