The dispenser comprises a tubular socket (1) open at its ends. At its upper end is closing cap (2) and at its lower end a product propelling mechanism is activated by a driving button (5). The driving button is in the shape of a cylindrical case in which the socket lower end is fitted. The case is rotated with the drive. The case upper edge (55) serves as a cap stop extending along the socket wall.
