<p>The proposed process for automatic introduction of fiber strand end into a rotor spinning machine spinning unit is carried out with the aid of a handling device (2) and comprises search of a fiber sliver (4) end part (41) of a sliver can (3), gripping the found fiber sliver (4) and its clamping at two places, from which in the place being nearer to the sliver can (3) the sliver (4) is clamped by clamping arms (671, 672) of the fiber sliver (4) introduction clamp (67), whereupon between the clamping places the fiber sliver (4) is broken and the introduction end (42) is introduced into a spinning unit (1). Prior introduction of the fiber sliver (4) introduction end (42) into the spinning unit (1), the sliver (4) introduction end (42) is formed to a conical introduction point (43), whereupon this conical introduction point (43) is introduced by a forward movement of the introduction clamp (67) into the spinning unit (1). The present invention further concerns to an apparatus (2) for making the above described process, which apparatus is performed on the rotor spinning machine handling device.</p> |
