PURPOSE: An FLS electronic commerce method is provided to let a group of goods buyers buy the goods safely and cheaply. CONSTITUTION: An FLS electronic commerce method comprises steps of determining a quantity of cooperative buying goods(11), a user inputting a goods name, a manufacturer, a model type and a specification, checking if the goods newly input is displayed, and displaying the goods as a new item if the goods is not displayed(12), a web site operator notifying a guaranty deposit for selling and buying goods(13), goods sellers inputting a selling price on a corresponding goods(14), displaying the lowest selling price and the next one(15), goods buyers requesting a purchase order(16), the web site operator counting the quantity of the corresponding goods(17), notifying a final date of a buying guaranty deposit(18), sending delivery order to the sellers by e-mail(18), delivering the goods to the buyers and receiving the money except the buying deposit(110), and calculating payment between the seller and the operator, the buyer and the operator(111).
