PURPOSE: A method for transferring the work information of telephone installation and failure repair is provided to reduce time to transfer work information, to transfer exact data and to improve work efficiency, by embodying so that site personnel can search work information transmitted through personal communication terminals by wireless in the present location. CONSTITUTION: If telephone installation request is received by a telephone installation work management system(13)(201), the telephone installation work management system(13) transmits telephone installation request information to an information transfer system(11)(202). If the information transfer system(11) transmits telephone installation request information to the personal communication terminal(12) of an associated site personnel through the SMS(Short Message Service) of the PCS network(203), the personal communication terminal(12) receives the details of telephone installation request information through the data service of the PCS network automatically(204,205). If the work of the personnel is completed and the personal communication terminal(12) transmits the work result to the information transfer system(11)(206), the information transfer system(11) reports the result to the telephone installation work management system(13)(207).
