PURPOSE: A marketing system is provided to enable an internet exclusive line user to be exempted from telecommunication fee by seeing online advertisements. Some websites directly give money or issue e-money to the users having seen the online advertisements on their sites. But the method can not get the desired result if users don't click the advertisements. CONSTITUTION: A marketing system using internet exclusive line is provided to make a user click a designated site, process downloading of designated advertisements, install them to his computer and follow asked instructions. The system informs in advance the user of the volume of advertisements that he has to see to be exempted from the line use fee. Data on advertisements viewed by the user are to be transferred to the servers of advertisements provider and network supplier. According to the data, the network supplier settle accounts with the internet exclusive line user and the advertisements provider.
