PURPOSE: A method for producing a button is provided to vary the color of the button by coating urethane paint, which contains acryl resin and isocyanate as main ingredients, to coat a transparent paint. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin button(10) is cleaned by using washing water for eliminating oil and foreign material. The button is massaged by using electrostatic discharge preventing agent. Then, fixing pins of a jig are inserted to button holes(12) of the button for preparing coating on the button. A urethane paint containing acryl resin and isocyanate as main ingredients is sprayed on the button for being dried at a temperature of 40-60°C for 45-55 minutes. And, the button is massaged by using the electrostatic discharge preventing agent. The fixing pins of the jig are inserted to the button holes of the button. A transparent paint(16) is sprayed on the surface of the urethane paint. The button is dried at the temperature of 40°C for 20 minutes for a first time and at the temperature of 70°C for 20 minutes for a second time.
