PURPOSE:To obtain a piezoelectric motor in which torque can be generated independently from the number of revolutions while realizing downsizing by coupling a rotor directly with the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A torsional actuator 1 is employed as a shaft and coupled with rotors 2, 3 having outer peripheral parts fixed with piezoelectric pipes 4, 5. When the torsional actuator is subjected to pulsation driving and the piezoelectric pipes 4, 5 are driven alternately, rotational torque can be obtained independently from the number of revolutions while downsizing the motor. |
