PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a distortion characteristic from being deteriorated due to leakage of an LO signal. SOLUTION: An RF signal is fed to a drain terminal and an LO signal is fed to a gate terminal. Then a FET 4 is operated on the basis of the signals and produces an IF signal at its source terminal. The IF signal is amplified by an IF amplifier 32 via an LO signal band block filter 31 and the amplified signal is outputted from an IF signal output terminal 3. The LO signal leaked to the source terminal is blocked by the LO signal band block filter 31. Furthermore, the IF signal produced at the drain terminal is blocked by a high pass filter 22. Furthermore, the LO signal band block filter 31 blocks the RF signal leaked to the source terminal.
