PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the unit small in size and to dissipate heat generated from a cooling means externally to outside of a case with low power consumption. SOLUTION: A heat insulation box 5 contains a reception filter 2 and a low noise amplifier 3, they are cooled to a very low temperature by a cooling means 6, and heat generated in the cooling means 6 is dissipated to the outside of a case 9 through a heat delivery means 10, a heat sink 11 is fitted to the outer end of the case 9 and a blower 12 forcibly cools the heat sink 11. A temperature detection means 21 detects a temperature due to the heat generated in the cooling means 6, and a control means 22 conducts control the blower 12 so that it is driven when the detected temperature reaches a 1st prescribed temperature or over and it is stopped when the temperature reaches a 2nd prescribed temperature or below.
