PURPOSE: A laser diagnosis apparatus is provided to diagnose malignant tumor in an easy and accurate manner by using an He-cd laser generator, image monitor and sound wave generator coupled to a standard endoscope. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a standard endoscope(1) having a tube(101) to be inserted into a predetermined part of human body; a power supply unit(2); an He-cd laser generator(3) for generating a laser of a predetermined frequency; a filter(4) for passing only the laser from among the signals output from the He-cd laser generator; a light adjustor(5) for controlling emission of the laser passed through the filter; quartz tube fiber connectors(6,7) installed to the output unit of the light adjustor and input unit of a photo-coupling filter(10), and where quartz tube fiber is connected; optical fibers(8,9) inserted into the tube of the standard endoscope, and which radiates laser to the part to be treated and guides the laser reflected by the fluorescent material distributed all over the malignant tumor; the photo-coupling filter for passing only the light from the reflected laser; a photoelectric multiplier(11) for amplifying the light into a predetermined level; a power supply(12) for supplying power to a fluorescent adjustor(13); the fluorescent adjustor for converting the signal detected in light or sound, into an electrical signal having a predetermined frequency; a multiplier(14) for amplifying the electrical signal; and a monitor unit(15) for displaying the diagnosis result.
