<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of producing an aggregated body and a dispersed body of hyperfine particles of the group 1B and 8A metals in the Periodic Table and the alloys thereof. SOLUTION: As to this method, from an alloy in which 1st metal as a solute is formed a super-saturated solid solution into a matrix of 2nd metal, the 2nd metal is extracted to form a hyperfine particle aggregated body in which the hyperfine particles of the 1st metal are aggregated to a skeleton shape, the stage in which this aggregated body of the hyperfine particles is cleaned is included, and the hyperfine particles of the 1st metal are produced. In this case, (1) a liq. alloy composed of the 1st metal consisting of Cu, Au, Fe, Co, Ni, Ru, Rh, Pd, Os, Ir and/or Pt and the 2nd metal consisting of Al or (2) a liq. alloy composed of the 1st metal consisting of Ag-Pd or Ag-Cu and the 2nd metal consisting of Al is rapidly solidified to form into an alloy in which the 1st metal is formed the super-saturated solid solution into the 2nd metal, and an aq. soln. of the hydroxide of alkali metal is acted on this super-saturated solid solution alloy to extract the 2nd metal.</p> |
