PURPOSE: A system and a method for outputting a traffic information using an internet TV is provided to efficiently obtain a traffic information of a corresponding region by connecting to a site providing traffic information on the internet while moving. CONSTITUTION: A system is composed of a microcomputer(27), a site connecting control unit(23) controlling the connection to a site providing traffic information by the control of the microcomputer, a video processor(24), an amplifying unit(25) amplifying the image signals output from the video processor, a display unit(26), a voice sensing unit(28) sensing the voice data transmitted by using a mobile telephone outside by a user and transmitting the voice data to the microcomputer, and a voice output unit(29) transmitting the data of the site about the searched traffic information to a user. Herein, the data about the searching of traffic information is transmitted to an internet TV by using a mobile phone. The input of GPS(Global Positioning System) code in the data about the transmitted traffic information is decided. A corresponding site is connected by using the GPS code. The completion of the connection is decided. Voice about the traffic data is input by using a mobile phone by a user after the completion of connection. The completion of the sensing of the voice data is decided. Searching about the traffic information is performed by using the sensed voice. The contents searched on the internet is output by voice to a user.
