To prevent spectacle lenses steaming up, the lens frame sections (1) and the frame nose locations area (5) are provided with communicating hollow spaces, in which a good heat-conducting medium (8) flows. Heat from the nose location area is transported to the lens frame sections, where it is emitted to the lenses (2). The contact surfaces (11) of the nose location area are made of refined metal or a good heat-conducting plastic. The spectacle lenses are of plastic, to which good heat-conducting, extensively light-permeable substances are added. The outside of the spectacles frame is enclosed in a heat-insulating layer.
