PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sinker for a lure device having an optimal specific gravity for regulating the center of gravity of the lure device and readily processable into a desired shape without any fear of environmental pollution. SOLUTION: This sinker 11 for a lure device is integrated in the lure device to regulate the position of the center of gravity of the lure device. The sinker 11 consists essentially of tungsten or a tungsten alloy and a thermosetting resin and has a specific gravity within the range of 11-17.
