PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of a job site by constituting a fire resistant steel frame covering body of a unit member by laminating a gypsum board, an adiabatic expansion sheet and a metallic plate in order from the steel frame side, and forming this adiabatic expansion sheet of a prescribed resin composition. SOLUTION: An adiabatic expansion sheet having a prescribed thickness is obtained by melting/kneading a resin composition composed of butyl rubber, polybutene, a hydrogenation petroleum resin, ammonium polyphosphate, neutralized thermally expansive graphite, aluminum hydroxide and calcium carbide. Next, this adiabatic expansion sheet and a gypsum board having a prescribed thickness are laminated on one surface of a cross-sectional L-shaped metallic plate having a prescribed thickness to manufacture a cross-sectional L-shaped unit member. After arranging these two cross-sectional L-shaped unit members so as to surround the four sides of H-shape steel, mutual flange parts arranged in an end part of a metallic plate of the unit members are superposed to be fastened by a blind rivet to be fixed to the periphery of the H-shape steel to obtain a test body of a fire resistant steel frame covering body.
