PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly reseal a pouring port, which is once unsealed, without using other implements such as a tape or clip, in a liquid filling bag suitable for packaging a shampoo or a detergent for refilling. SOLUTION: A liquid filling bag 1 is formed by superposing flexible films on each other, and a pouring port part 3 for pouring a liquid 2 stored in the bag is formed into a flat and elongated shape. Insertion grooves 8 into which a top end side of the pouring port part 3 folded back is inserted are formed on the base portion side of the pouring port part 3 by fixing belt-like members 7. Accordingly, when the contents are not used up, there is no possibility that the remaining contents are accidentally spilled out of the bag.
