PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scion seedling receptor of an automatically grafting apparatus, capable of preventing seed leaves from being damaged or capable of preventing a cutter from cutting seed leaves. SOLUTION: This scion seedling receptor has (A) hypocotyl hands 4 installed so as to be able to hold the hypocotyl 2 of a scion seedling 1 by their head parts and (B) seed leaf-lifting devices 29 located above the top of the hypocotyl 2 held by hands 4 while being in the lower stop position and possessing seed leaf-lifting globular members 5 parted in the middle on both sides of the hypocotyl 2. The devices 29 are installed in an inclined state so as to be brought close to each other while lifting seed leaves 3 of the seedling 1 from the lower position when the members 5 are lifted.
