<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve aligning work by informing a worker that an aligning groove corresponding to a lit LED is the aligning groove to be inserted with the core wire kept in contact with a conductor. SOLUTION: This terminal aligning device is provided with aligning plates having comb-type aligning grooves and an LED board 12 having LEDs 15 arranged in parallel, and the LEDs 15 on the LED board 12 are provided in parallel to correspond to the adjacent comb-type aligning grooves in many pairs. The groove bottom of each aligning groove is formed into a major arc shape as viewed from the back with the same diameter as the diameter of a core wire. When the aligned terminals of a multi-core cable 21 are electrically connected to the input side of an aligning unit main body 32 and the terminal of each core wire 22 on the unaligned side of the multi-core cable 21 is brought into contact with a contact piece 26, a closed circuit constituted of the LED 15, the aligning unit main body 32, and the core wire of the multi-core cable 22 is formed, and the light of the LED 15 of the closed circuit indicates that this aligning groove is the aligning groove to be inserted with the core wire 22 kept in contact with the contact piece 26.</p> |
