PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger tube with grooves formed therein, which has lightness in weight and high heat exchanging performance. SOLUTION: There is provided a heat exchanger tube with grooves formed therein. The heat exchanger is constructed such that a first area in which a plurality of fins 1 are formed so as to form a predetermined angleβ1 with respect to the axial direction A of a metal tube, and a second area in which a plurality of fins 2 are formed so as to form a predetermined angleβ2 with respect to the axial direction A, are alternately arranged along the circumferential direction of the internal surface of the metal tube, and that these fins 1, 2 are connected to each other like a vee between the first and second areas. In this heat exchanger tube, the height of each of the fins 1, 2 is set to less than 0.15 mm.
