PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a columnar shaft with less eccentricity by matching a first center position obtained by means of a center position operation means with the second center position of a rotation driving means by means of an X/Y axes driving means. SOLUTION: The CCD element of a detection part 50 detects the top parts of a columnar shaft 20 and a hollow columnar shaft 22. A picture processing part 60 obtains the X/Y coordinate values of a contact point between the columnar shaft 20 and the hollow columnar shaft 22 and a contact point between a taper key 24 and the hollow columnar shaft 22 based on a picture detected by the detection part 50. An operation part 80 reads an operation expression obtaining a first center position from a storage part 70, operates the first center position and obtains a difference between the first center position and the second center position of a rotation driving part 40. A driving part 90 rotates a ball screw connected to the shaft by rotating a motor 32 and matches the first center position with the second center position. The motor 41 of the rotation driving part 40 is rotated and a shaft 45 is rotated by pulleys 43 and 45 and a belt 49 and the hollow columnar part 22 is rotated.
