摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet curing device whose size can be relatively lessened, and which prevents an object to be cured from being adversely affected by heat and can also cure a bonding agent efficiently. SOLUTION: An ultraviolet curing device has a structure where partition plates 18 that have air holes 17 in the center and near the outer edge and divide the inside of a main body 11 of an irradiator into two parts in the vertical direction are placed in the main body 11 of the irradiator equipped with an ultraviolet-ray transmission plate 15 in a lower end opening. An air control plate 20 is also placed below the lower face of the partition plates 18 with a space created between the plates 18 and 20. Moreover, an ultraviolet-ray radiation light source 23 is mounted below the lower face of the air control plate 20. Furthermore, the irradiator has a structure where cooling air is fed from the air holes in the center of the partition plates 18 by way of the air control plate 20 to the ultraviolet-ray radiation light source 23 to exhaust air outside the main body 11 of it from the air holes near the outer edge of the partition plates 18 by way of the inner face of the ultraviolet-ray transmission plate 15. Additionally, the irradiator is constituted by locating it above and/or below an object to be cured.
