PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce number of items and basic length of a cylinder device which can be kept at a maximum contraction state. SOLUTION: A flange 25a is integrated with a piston nut 25, while a flange 10b and a cutout are formed on an engagement member 10. In order to provide a maximum contraction state of a hydraulic buffer 20, the flange 25a is faced to the cutout, and a piston rod 6 is pushed/contracted to pass the flange 25a through the cutout. The piston rod 6 is relatively rotated to an inner cylinder 2. The flange 25a is hung from the flange 10b. The maximum contraction state of the hydraulic buffer 20 can thus be kept. Since the flange 25a is integrated with the piston nut 25, number of items can be reduced. In addition, axial measurement of the hydraulic buffer 20 can be reduced for improving design freedom of the hydraulic buffer. |
