PURPOSE: A system for handling agent electronic filing cases and a method thereof are provided to enhance the convenience in preparing all the application papers and documents and managing the information of patent agent and financial matters by using the input information of a corresponding person in charge. CONSTITUTION: A system for handling agent electronic filing cases includes a reception part(11), a preparing part(12), a submission part(13) and a management/search part(1). The reception part(11) includes a database(111) for reception such as applicant personal particulars, required for filing applications to the Korea Industrial Property Office(KIPO). The preparing part(12) has a database(121) for preparing application paper. The filing part(13) includes a database(131) for submission. The management/search part(14) includes database9141) synthesizing all the databases. The reception part(11) includes an applicant document receiving box(24), a staff document preparation box(25), a KIPO document receiving box(28), a foreign patent attorney document receiving box(27), and a KIPO document submission box(28).
