MOVING PICTURE HYPERMEDIA SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A moving picture hypermedia system is provided to improve additional value of the existed moving picture works and make a hypermedia structure by adhering anchor to the moving picture and replaying this. CONSTITUTION: An anchor is settled with unit based on similarity of frame reading a moving picture. An anchor information above settled is stored at file. The existence of the anchor against the moving picture of position where mouse click is occurred replaying anchor settled moving picture. An appropriate anchor information is read and is output in case of frame where anchor is defined as a result of above search. The anchor information is set at a first frame and a final frame by a short unit searching the similarity of frame for the frame where the anchor is set, and position and size of anchor is searched with interpolation for intermediate frames.
