PURPOSE:To make it possible to dispose of a large quantity of drain by atomizing it without moistening a floor surface or wall, by providing an electronic atomizing device which atomizes drain water by vibrating it by means of piezoelectric oscillator close to an outdoor side air outlet port. CONSTITUTION:As during cooling operation an indoor side heat exchanger 10 works as an evaporator and during heating operation an outdoor side heat exchanger 11 works as an evaporator, dew is produced therein by the heat exchange with air. Said dew passes through a drain pipe 13 during cooling operation to be collected in a water sump 12, while during heating operation said dew drops downward directly to said sump. Drain water collected in the water sump 12 is fed through a pipe 15 to an electronic atomizing device 14 to be atomized and sprayed into the air. At that time, since the atomizing device 14 is located near the center of an outdoor side air outlet port 17, atomized particles are dispersed by means of an outdoor side fan 16, causing said particles to evaporate easily in the air; therefore, floor surfaces or walls are prevented from getting wet. |
