PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at the launch/retrieval independently of height of a side of a ship and condition of the sea by connecting an underwater equipment to a towing rope, fixing a swinging preventing rope locking fitting to the towing rope freely to be removed, and fitting plural swinging preventing ropes connected to the underwater equipment at each one end to the swinging preventing rope locking fitting freely to be removed. SOLUTION: Each one end of four connecting ropes 6 is connected to an underwater equipment 1 at upper four corners thereof, and the other end thereof are fitted to a connecting fitting 7 installed in a tip of a towing rope 2 freely to be removed. A swinging preventing rope locking fitting 9 is fixed to the towing rope 2 over the connecting fitting 7. The swinging preventing rope locking fitting 9 has a support arm 9a and a fixed part 9b formed of a clamp or the like, and the swinging preventing rope locking fitting 9 is fixed to the towing rope 2 by a bolt 9c at the fixed part 9b thereof. Each one end of four swinging preventing ropes 10 is connected to the underwater equipment 1 at upper four corners thereof, and the other ends are connected through a connecting fitting 10a to both ends of the support arm 9a of the swinging preventing rope locking fitting 9 by two ropes each end.
