摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper replacing vehicle capable of smoothly processing excrements and improving workability of taking in/out work of a steamed towel relating to a heat insulating box. SOLUTION: A tilting frame 13 forward/backward tiltable and holdable in two positions of forward right position and backward tilt position is provided in an inner side space of a press hand frame 4 on a lower frame 1, and a box 20 for excrements is mounted on this tilting frame 13. An upper frame 3 is provided in an upper part of a support frame 2, a base part 26 mounting a heat insulating box 35 is provided on this upper frame 3, and a mounting/ removing type partitioning member with a mounting area adjustable of the heat insulating box in accordance with its size is provided on this base part 26.
