PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sealing material composition having low tackiness and excellent stain resistance without deteriorating weather resistance and high elongation and useful for coatings, etc., by adding an organosilane oligomer to a fluorine-containing copolymer. SOLUTION: This sealing material composition comprises (A) a fluorine- containing copolymer prepared by radical-copolymerizing (i) a fluoroolefin monomer, (ii) a (meth)acrylate ester monomer and, if necessary, (iii) one or more other vinylic monomers, and (B) an organosilane oligomer. The component B preferably contains either of methoxy groups, ethoxy groups, propoxy groups and silanol groups. Tetrafluoroethylene, etc., is preferably used as the component i, and 2-hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate, etc., is preferably used as the component ii. The component B is preferably used in an amount of about 0.5-40 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the component A.
