PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the service life of furniture and to save electricity by selectively combining ultraviolet ray and infrared ray cut filters. SOLUTION: Fine glass beads are uniformly arranged on a plastic film surface, and a paste is applied to one side thereof to form a filter A2. A base material 3 is formed of a transparent plastic plate. The filter A2, the base material 3 and a filter B4 are selectively combined to form a blind device. The visual light 5 of the sunbeams 1 passed through the filter A2, base material 3 and filter B4 of the blind reaches a thermometer 6, and the heat-cutting effect is confirmed by the difference with the temperature under direct sunlight. According to this, the influence of ultraviolet ray or infrared ray on furniture, fixture, curtain, carpet, tatami, floor material, art object or the like can be prevented to extend its life.
