PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the machining method of mechanical parts excellent in a workability and environment property by which a desired machined shape with a favorable flatness is formed and the mechanical parts excellent in a durability can be obtained. SOLUTION: Super high pressure water (100-400 MPa) mixed with abrasive grains is jetted to the corners 16, 17 of a cylindrical roller 11 while moving a nozzle 1 along a desired round shape in order of B→B'→C'→C, and D→D'→E'→E. Thereby, the corners 16, 17 are formed in the desired round shape, and the corners 16, 17, end surfaces 31, 32 and rolling surface 18 are connected commonly and tangentially.
