PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically register, as knowledge information, fault information and incident information, which includes a dealing content for restoration, when an incident is over, and to easily and appropriately narrow knowledge information from the content of the incident when knowledge information is used.SOLUTION: When a device is restored based on a notice about fault information from the device, a knowledge system 110 registers the fault information and first incident information which includes a dealing content for restoration, into a knowledge DB504 as knowledge information (S1207). Additionally, when the device is restored according to a request from the user of the device, the knowledge system 110 registers fault information caused in the device acquired from a status management system 104 using the device identification information of the device and second incident information which includes a dealing content for recovery, into knowledge DB504 as knowledge information (S1208 to S1212). |
