PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting processing method for discharging water into a waterway such as a river by quickly changing snow carried by being removed to water not only by a snow melting method using heat exchange of combustion heat or exhaust heat but also by contacting bubbles with the snow in the water by turning snow melted water, the atmosphere or the exhaust heat into a bubble shape. SOLUTION: Snow removed in a water tank l housing water is forcedly pushed in a lower part of the water tank 1 to be moved to a snow melting chamber of an adjacent chamber, and the atmosphere or waste heat gas is blown off to moist snow from an air chamber existing in the snow melting chamber. Gas is intermittently exhausted to pulsate the water in the water tank 1. The moist snow or iced snow is mixed/agitated by vertically actuating pulsating motion of intermittently exhausting bubble-like gas and water to become water to be discharged outside a system to be discharged into a waterway such as a river.
